Product Manager

Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering our digital products to meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive the product roadmap, prioritise features, and ensure successful product launches. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SaaS and digital product management.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
Capture a clear product vision from senior stakeholders and communicate strategy aligned with Orderly's overall goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product growth and innovation.
Roadmap Planning:
Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining key features, enhancements, and release timelines.
Prioritise features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
User Experience and Design:
Work closely with design teams to create an exceptional user experience for digital products.
Gather and incorporate user feedback to iterate on product design and functionality.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Product Launch and Optimisation:
Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and collaborating with marketing teams.
Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to optimise features and user engagement.
Product Champion:
Own the product relationship with key customers, acting as a product champion to promote further product adoption and engagement.
Drive initiatives to expand product usage among existing customers, fostering long-term loyalty and advocacy.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of product management experience, with a track record of leading successful product development cycles.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, translating market insights into actionable product plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate product vision and requirements effectively.
Proficiency in product management methodologies, user story mapping, and agile development.
Experience in ROI analysis, creating documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field; Master's degree or certifications in Product Management a plus.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments and strong problem-solving skills.
Passion for innovation and staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
